We started this company to assist anyone who may need
help with their computers. We will try to answer some common
questions you may have.
How much do you charge for your services?
Our basic support is $45.00 for up to one hour.
What is basic support?
Basic support is spyware removal, most virus removal,
drivers, software support, basic wireless, basic Windows
operating system questions. (excluding Server operating systems) Most questions can be answered in
under one hour.
What if you are not able to resolve my issue under one hour?
If we cannot resolve your issue in under one hour, we will
stop and let you know it will take us longer, and the issue may
require some research, and we can get back to you.
What is not considered basic support?
Advanced support would be advanced networking, advanced
wireless, Windows Server Operating systems, IIS, any coding,
website creation, logo creation, some hardware support, some
software, office support, any data recovery. (
Please inquire as to which level of
support you might need)
How much is advanced support?
Our advanced support costs $80.00 for up to one hour.
What if my support representative only needs 30 minutes to
assist me?
We would only charge you for 30 minutes of support at the
appropriate level of support needed. ( Our minimum charge is
$25.00)
Do you guarantee your work?
We do guarantee our work, if you are not satisfied with the
results email us at
support@royaltonpcgeeks.com and tell us your helpdesk ticket
number, who you spoke with, the date you spoke with them, and
the original problem. We will do our best to find a solution for
you (This may include a full refund, all refunds are at our
discretion)
Do you give out referral bonus?
Yes, we do compensate for referrals. (We give you 30 minutes
of free support with a verifiable referral)
